These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tutoring services provided by TutorChase Ltd. By purchasing packages, booking lessons, or using TutorChase’s services, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 TutorChase Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12929942) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
1.2 We provide:
a) Private online tutoring services; and
b) A subscription-based revision platform (covered separately by Platform Terms).
2.1 “TutorChase” / “We” / “Us” – TutorChase Ltd.
2.2 “Client” / “You” – the purchaser of tutoring services (including parents/guardians, students, or companies).
2.3 “Tutor” – an independent contractor engaged by TutorChase to deliver tutoring.
2.4 “Services” – tutoring, admissions support, proofreading, consultancy, and related services.
2.5 “Session” – a single online tutoring lesson.
2.6 “Package” – a prepaid block of tutoring hours purchased in advance.
2.7 “PAYG” – Pay-As-You-Go lessons invoiced per session.
2.8 “Platform” – the TutorChase online revision platform.
2.9 “Force Majeure” – an event beyond reasonable control preventing obligations being met.
